James Groves, Marketing Manager at GFSmith and curator of the Beauty in the Making exhibition, describes that it isn't the final product that gives him the most pleasure, but the creative process that goes into making it.

This talk was part of a week-long series of talks curated by It's Nice That. It was commissioned by GFSmith for their Beauty in the Making exhibition in April 2012. The 5x8 series featured five talks, all eight minutes long, every evening throughout the week-long exhibition.
